If you happen to be late, I do understand that things happen. Please update me on your new arrival time. I will try to accommodate with the new timing however, that may leave a chance at having to reschedule the entire appointment. Up to a 15 min grace period. If you are more than 15 mins late your appointment has to be rescheduled with a new deposit.

if you have to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. In the case of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment and will be required to pay a new deposit before booking your next appointment. no-shows will run the risk of no longer providing or booking for your services.

CASH PREFERRED. Any card payments are subject to 2.5% surcharge. Deposits non-refundable.

There are absolutely no refunds. My goal Is to build a long lasting relationship with you. Sometimes there are bumps in the road. However, I would rather learn with you and make adjustments so I can meet your beauty goals. Sometimes this takes time but I am willing to be patient with you if you are patient and reasonable with me.

*For PMU services I strongly advise prospective new clients to book their appointments at least 3-4 months in advance of Vacations, Weddings, and Special Occasions. This allows adequate time for healing of both your initial appointment as well as a touch-up enhancement session 6-8 weeks after. Dream brows cannot be achieved in just one session -some clients need more than two sessions to achieve their desired density and shape.*

Everyone's skin heals and accepts pigment differently. I provide the same service to each of my clients. Aftercare, lifestyle and client's skin type plays a huge role in the outcome.

There are NO GUARANTEES made as to how your skin will heal. This is a risk all clients must be willing to take when consenting to this procedure.

• Anyone who is a severe diabetic.
  
• Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
  
• Anyone with tumors, growths or cysts.
  
• Anyone with viral infections or diseases.
  
• Anyone who has had Botox within 1 month.
  
• Anyone with serious heart or skin conditions.
  
• Anyone who is allergic to pigmentation or makeup.
  
• Anyone who has had a chemical peel within 3 weeks.
  
• Anyone who has used Accutane or Retin-A within 1 year.
  
• Anyone who has had an allergic reaction to topical anesthetics.
  
• Anyone with transmittable blood diseases, for example Hepatitis or HIV.
  
• Anyone with skin irritations near the treated area such as acne, rashes, sunburn.
  

*Those with a medical case must bring in a Doctor’s clearance.*

You may come in with a full face of makeup and apply false lashes on, as we will be taking lots of pictures and videos. This is highly encouraged but not mandatory.

DO NOT consume alcohol or caffeine 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will prevent excess bleeding, oozing and swelling during the procedure.

DO NOT take any blood thinners such as Aspirin or Ibuprofen 72 hours prior to your procedure. Tylenol is fine.

No brow waxing, tinting, or threading one week prior (the more natural hair growth you have, the better!

Avoid Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion or facials for 4-weeks prior procedure.

Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to the procedure.

PMU BROWS:

This procedure typically will require more than one application session. To achieve the best results, it is highly recommended that you return for at least one touch-up session between 6 to 10 weeks after the initial session. Expect results to last up to 3 years!

Be prepared for the color intensity to be very dark and bold after the procedure. This will subside and become softer as the skin heals. On the first night before bed, gently cleanse and disinfect your eyebrows with the soap provided to remove any excess oils, blood and sebum buildup from after leaving your appointment. Proceed to keeping your eyebrows dry.

When you begin notice your eyebrows are starting to flake and peel, start applying a thin layer of the aftercare ointment provided with a clean q-tip. Continue to apply the ointment until all scabs have completely peeled off. Do not pick or peel scabs.

Vaseline or Aquaphor may be applied as a protective barrier if your eyebrows will be fully submerged in water. However, it is best to avoid getting your eyebrows wet until they are fully healed. If water does come in contact, quickly pat the area dry, do not rub.

No makeup, tanning, chemical treatments, skincare products, or sweating during this healing process.
